The theme of the Congo pavilion is modern natural life. The pavilion recreates a city adjacent to the countryside. Within the pavilion are areas of "history and humanity", "economy and natural resources", "art" and "leisure interaction". Based on the fairy tale of a baby elephant nose fish in the Congo river rescuing its companion, it shows Congo's abundant natural resources, a variety of unique creatures, precious historical heritage and the achievements of modern development, expresses the beautiful wish of harmonious interaction between city and countryside, human being and nature.
